Shipping Policy

When you join a break, we make sure your cards are shipped safely and securely.

Carriers & Tracking

All packages ship via USPS or UPS. If you provide an email address at checkout, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order goes out.

Cost

Standard shipping within the U.S. is always free.

Upgrades

Signature confirmation, expedited shipping, or insurance are available upon request at your expense. For special requests, please email us at break_boss@outlook.com.

International Shipping

Available for an additional charge calculated at checkout. If you live outside the U.S. and purchase multiple spots, contact us to consolidate shipments and avoid duplicate charges.

Processing & Packaging

Orders are typically sorted, packed, and shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays.

You may receive only one tracking number, even if you joined multiple breaks, since everything is consolidated into a single shipment.

Cards are shipped in sealed team bags inside bubble mailers or boxes.

Hits are top-loaded and sleeved, numbered cards are at least sleeved, and base cards ship as is.

We take pride in protecting your cards and making sure they leave our break room in secure packaging.

Important Notes

Break Boss LLC is not responsible for international packages lost in customs or delayed in transit. Tracking may be limited for international shipments.

Once tracking is issued, no refunds or replacements will be provided.

We are not liable for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed after they are handed off to USPS or UPS. In those cases, please contact the carrier directly.

By joining our breaks, you agree to these terms.

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

You may cancel your buy-in up to 24 hours before the scheduled break for a full refund in Break Credit, or a refund to your original payment method minus a 5% restocking fee.

If a break does not fill by the scheduled date, you may request a refund for your spot(s).

We work hard to ensure breaks fill and run on schedule, but reasonable delays may occur.
